Hot Stone Therapy
Smooth, heated river stones can be used in a Swedish Massage, along with the Therapist's hands. The deep penetrating heat is very beneficial to stiff, sore muscles.
Hot stones can be incorporated into any type of massage therapy. When used in Neuromuscular therapy, the heat allows the muscles to relax more quickly and easily, so more can be accomplished in one session, with less discomfort.
